Sam Brooking of the South Hams Brewery at Stokenham, which has seen
substantial investment and modernisation in recent times, has very
kindly offered to talk to SHS members at 11.30 on Wednesday 3rd April.
The object will be to learn about beer rather than to drink it, but Sam
plans to have a brew in progress at that time and to prepare some
tasting samples taken at different stages through the process. If you’d
